Samriddhi, The Prosperity Foundation hosted its monthly ‘Last Thursdays’ in association with Entrepreneurs for Nepal (E4N) with Mr. Atulya Pandey at DECC, UWTC, Tripureshwor on 29th January, 2015. Atulya Pandey is the founder of a tech-start up called Pagevamp, which is increasingly becoming the easiest way to build websites.
To a packed audience hall of over a 100, Pandey, a young yet engaging speaker, managed to enthrall all with his easy-go talk about his enterprise. He talked of his school days in Nepal and subsequent education perusal in the States at the University of Pennsylvania where with roommates that shared the same passion,he managed to initiate ideas for a tech-start up right from his undergraduate days. He and his other two roommates first began with a web-development software as they did not have resources for much else, and realized its potential as an independent product soon enough. Pagevamp allows you to create and update websites via updates on the Facebook page; hence reducing the need to understand major coding systems. They currently have users from over 80 countries.
Pandey structured his talk, moving from his initial days at college to trials and tribulations he met during the work-process and finally his success and future plans. His ideas were met with enthusiastic response from the audience.
