Bishal brings a wealth of experience in project management, capacity building, and collaborative engagement with government institutions and political parties. He is deeply passionate about fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration and enjoys building strategic partnerships among the public sector, private sector, and political organizations to achieve shared and collective goals. He holds an MBA from Purbanchal University. He began his career in Youth Initiative, and has since led several projects focused on electoral cycle management and parliament support programs at various civil society organizations in Nepal. Through these roles, he has built a robust network and developed significant strength in coordinating with political party leaders and government officials.
